Thank you for purchasing Shenandoah Sky beef. For orders placed online, pick up hours are every Thursday, 4:00pm - 7:00pm at the Beef Barn. All meat will be frozen, boxed, and ready to go home. Follow the gravel lane 0.9 miles until you see a white barn on your right. NOTE: Please lookout for our four-legged greeting committee.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of the product, Shenandoah Sky Ranch does not accept returns. We do, however, realize problems with orders may arise, and we are more than happy to make it right. Depending on your needs, we can offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
