About Us

Shenandoah Sky Ranch is an exciting new addition to the Charlottesville landscape, offering a unique glimpse into sustainable ranching and high-quality beef production. Spanning 435 acres and a growing herd capacity, our picturesque ranch is dedicated to producing premium Akaushi Wagyu, a breed celebrated for its exceptional meat quality and health benefits.  We are Virginia's leading provider of Akaushi beef, delivering flavor and tenderness that is unmatched in the region.

Founded by Landon Parham, a native of West Texas, the property encapsulates the spirit of ranching that he holds dear. Landon moved to Charlottesville in 2018, drawn by the area's vibrant agricultural community and mild climate. He believes in a program that respects traditional methods while embracing sustainable practices.

What sets Shenandoah Sky apart is the quality of its beef. Akaushi Cattle are known for intense marbling and elevated levels of monounsaturated fat, resulting in a richer flavor and a more tender experience on the palate. This combination ensures that every cut of beef from the ranch is not just a meal but a culinary experience.

Landon and his family believe the best way to preserve a way of life is to live it every single day, and through three generations of beef production they have done just that. From the lush pastures of Virginia to your table, Shenandoah Sky Ranch is proud to share its commitment to The Art of Beef, inviting everyone to taste the difference that passion, dedication, and patience can make.
