Approximately 75 lbs. of premium wagyu beef. Beef box includes Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Ribeye, Denver, Flat Iron, Flank, Top Sirloin, Top Round, Short Rib, Chuck Roast, Kabob, and Ground beef.
